At least 4 9-patches must be made, with seams pressed open, BEFORE the class date, Aug 16, 2025. The most striking quilt will result from choosing fabrics with a variety of patterns and hues for the individual squares in your 9-patches. Think 'contrast'--the more contrast you include, the more striking your quilt will be. The sample purple and teal quilt at the shop was made using 4" squares. The sample blocks hanging next to the thread stand were made using 5" squares.
It is important to press all seams open. This will make sewing the resulting blocks back together much easier.
